- Resort Fee: $10.00 per night per room.
- All accommodations are non-smoking.
- 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
- All houses are equipped with microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator, unless listed with a full kitchen.
- A $50 per room and $100 per house deposit is required at time of booking.
- Satellite Wi-Fi can be unpredictable.
- Wi-Fi hot spots located in the Lodge, Grist Mill Club and Conference Room
- We require a 30-day notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- An additional fee of $15.00/person applies to lodging.
- Pet Fee: $40 per night per room, New House & Mackey Place $75
- Limit of two pets - $10.00 fee for an additional pet per lodging accommodation.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed in the following units:
Suites, White House, Red House, Captain Ron's, Ralph’s Ridge, Lile's Place, Edith's Place, and The Carriage House. - Select Deluxe Rooms are now pet-friendly.
- Violations of pet and smoking restrictions are subject to $250, plus room recovery fees.
