Standard Rooms $200
We offer standard motel rooms with two full size or two queen size beds. Many of the rooms have been remodeled with unique themes that reflect various amenities of the resort. Our standard rooms are the original cabins of the resort. Each unit has a covered front porch with chairs perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. Deluxe Rooms $250
Deluxe Rooms are available with two queen beds or one king; these rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, satellite TV, and DVD players. We have these units available hillside or stream side, each unit has a porch with a stunning view. Most of these rooms are no pet accommodations, however there are a few pet-friendly options available.
Suites $300
Our suites are available with two queen beds or one king bed. Suites with the king bed also have a full sleeper sofa. All Suites accommodate two people and are equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, satellite TV, and DVD players. Four suites are located on the hill above the restaurant and five suites are located on the lower row in the stream-side units. The suites are no pet accommodations.

- Check in is 4:00 pm & Check out is 11:00 am
- Resort Fee: $10.00 per night per room.
- All accommodations are non-smoking.
- 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
- All houses are equipped with microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator, unless listed with a full kitchen.
- A $50 per room and $100 per house deposit is required at time of booking.
- Satellite Wi-Fi can be unpredictable.
- Wi-Fi hot spots located in the Lodge, Grist Mill Club and Conference Room.
- We require a 30-day notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- An additional fee of $15.00/person applies to lodging.
- Pet Fee: $40 per night per room, New House & Mackey Place $75
- Limit of two pets - $10.00 fee for an additional pet per lodging accommodation.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed in the following units:
Suites, White House, Red House, Captain Ron's, Ralph’s Ridge, Lile's Place, Edith's Place, and The Carriage House. - Select Deluxe Rooms are now pet-friendly.
- Violations of pet and smoking restrictions are subject to $250, plus room recovery fees.
